Cut the product
We cut the product at its point of maximum freshness and fair maturity and preserve its properties

Through a controlled drying process, we remove water from products without loss of properties or flavor.

Dehydrated product
After controlled drying we get the dehydrated product, which we keep in optimal conditions of temperature and humidity.

Product texturing and final drying
Through a texturing process, we get the product to be fluffy and appetizing. After the final drying we get a very crispy product
5º

Packaging and shipping.
Immediately after finishing the drying process, the product is packaged so that it retains all its properties.
